Racing Players Club
Guests to use their players’ club cards to earn points for betting on races.
· Anyone wishing to sign up for a card will be able to do so at the main players’ club, mutuel cashiers or with a floor ambassador.
· Guests can swipe their cards at the Self Service (SAM) machines, the pari-mutuel cashiers and the betting stand on the apron.
· If guests want points for their bets, they should not place their bets with the bartenders, but go to the 3rd floor or use the SAM machines.
· Points earned for racing bets will not be available until the following day because all races and bets must be final.
· Guests have to check with the players’ club to find out how many racing points, they have.
· Guests go directly to the food court or buffet to redeem your points for food.
· A racing point is worth $1, unlike VGM points which are worth $0.20 for food or $0.10 for cash. The reason for this is because it takes a lot more to get a racing point than it does a VGM point. But, you will earn more for betting on on Monticello races than simulcast races.
· Racing points will be redeemable for food or merchandise at the club. They cannot be redeemed for cash or drawing tickets by law. Racing and VGM points cannot be combined for merchandise at the club.
