FOURTH RACE DECLARED NO CONTEST DUE TO A LIGHTNING STRIKE
The fourth race at Monticello Raceway on Tuesday, June 11 was declared a “no contest” by the judges of the New York State Gaming Commission due to loss of communications at off time caused by a lightning strike at the tracks hub facility.
Being that the race was declared a no contest and all wagers have been refunded.
However, the Pick 3 of numbers 2,3,& all was paid.
Communications were restored and racing was resumed.
